Conditions of entry

Below are the terms and conditions for the Hospiscare Men's Walk, please read carefully. When you fill in the entry form you will be asked to agree that you have read and understood these conditions.

I understand that walking along public roadways can be potentially hazardous. I am aware that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability. I can confirm that I have reasonable health and fitness, will not consume alcohol prior to or during the walk and I am aged 16 and over on the day of the event.

 If aged between 12-15 on the day, a parent/guardian has read and agreed to these conditions.

I agree to the use of my name and picture in broadcast and print to publicise Hospiscare. By aggreeing to these terms and conditions I confirm that I have read and accept the conditions of entry for the Hospiscare Men’s Walk 2012.
